恐怖電影導演黑石光司(白石晃士)帶領副導演市川美保(堀田真由)，為了實錄電影的拍攝拜訪了深山裏的家。那裏有一位精神錯亂的美女·三好麻裏亞(筧美和子飾)，她是黑石電影的粉絲。她拚命地訴說:“我所經曆的事情，就是導演電影的內容。”然後在令人毛骨悚然的麻裏亞家裏，黑石的照相機開始捕捉意想不到的現象。事態朝著更可怕、更不可思議、更危險的方向飛速發展。在恐怖不斷逼近的森林中，被“超級誌願者”江野祥平(宇野祥平飾)所救，再加上帥氣的靈媒師七梨(飯島寬騎飾)的加入，鏡頭不斷地記錄下恐怖的事件。為了拯救麻裏亞，為了製作傑作電影，攝影隊的冒險開始了。
